Shipping

We use the courier DHL, at the moment of the purchase the system calculates the shipping costs which will be added to the costs of the product.

For the EU countries the shipment formula is DDP (delivery duty paid); the customer won’t pay anything, only what he bought at the moment of the purchase.

For all the countries outside the EU, the formula used is DDU (delivery duty unpaid); the courier might ask, with another invoice, to pay duties and fees of the country in which the product is delivered.
